This trip was one of the most amazing I have never done. It was a great pleasure to drive from Loveland, Colorado to Brownsville at the South border of Texas, and from there to Matamoras, in Mexico. I will never forget my friend, Bob, who was of great help to me in this trip. The discovery of the South of the USA has filled me with joy at the sight of woods, rich vegetation and tropical plants. To learn from geography that the river Rio Grande flows into the Gulf of Mexico is one thing, but to cross it as traveler is another. While I thought this trip would end with a stop in Huston, I found myself forced by the circumstances to fly to Los Angels before joining Bob in Denver. Tiring and exhausting experience, but worthwhile the price of life. What will come again in our way?
